Stable graphene oxide nanosilica compounds are grown starting from silica nanoparticles. Raman spectroscopy is able to follow graphene oxide thermally induced changes. The nanosilica graphene oxide thermal stability below 400 °C is shown to critically be affected by graphene oxide features.
