Screening of heat response in wheat ingrained thermotolerant and sensitive cultivars. Physicochemical and molecular indexes defined adaptive responses to stress. HTS-responsive genes seem to play a key role in shaping thermotolerance variation. Differential degree of thermotolerance would form the basis for gene mining.
