We provide field performance and degradation rate of various PV modules in Thailand.

PV with TC for power below −0.31%/°C has a great advantage in terms of energy yield.

Degradation rates (DRs) were widely different, ranging from 0.5 to 4.9%/year.

The DRs in this study suggested 10–50% output reduction over a 25 year lifetime.

Impacts of module degradation on levelized cost of electricity were discussed.
