Dual-modality imaging agent, Tc-99 m SDV-ECG-K-TAMRA was prepared for angiogenesis imaging. Increased uptake of Tc-99 m SDV-ECG-K-TAMRA in ischemic tissue was demonstrated by in vivo and in vitro imagings. Tc-99 m SDV-ECG-K-TAMRA could be a good candidate dual-modality imaging agent to assess angiogenesis.
