First introduce tapered optical fiber interferometer into electrophoresis system. Simultaneous separating treatment and dynamic detection of the samples in electrophoresis is first realized. The refractive index of the gel around the taper is dynamically adjusted and the interference spectrum presents reversible shifts. The complex fixing and developing steps in traditional electrophoresis analysis can be novelly replaced.
