Selecting appropriate yellow horn germplasm to produce high-quality biodiesel. The seed morphologies of all yellow horn accessions varied significantly (P < 0.01). Oil contents ranged from 49.77% to 68.30% in the 15 yellow horn accessions. Fatty acid composition varied among different yellow horn germplasm accessions. Fuel properties of two yellow horn accessions met the biodiesel standards completely.
