A new strategy was used to make Au nanoparticles dotted magnetic sheets (Au-MGS). Au-MGS exhibited a long-shelf-time about 4 months at ambient condition. The proposed SERS assay detects trace SCN− in milk and SCN− in saliva from smoker.
