Alteration of development and gene expression induced by in ovo-nanoinjection of 3-hydroxybenzo[c]phenanthrene into Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes) embryos

The medaka embryos were exposed to 1 nM 3-OHBcP by in ovo-nanoinjection. Development and heart rate were accelerated in the exposed embryos. The mRNA-Seq results show up-regulated gene expressions due to 1 nM 3-OHBcP exposure. 3-OHBcP may have adverse effects on the development of medaka embryos.
