Our data illustrate that S100A2 had an elevated expression in NSCLC at tissue level. Among all the types of NSCLC, Squamous cell carcinoma had the highest expression ratio. The results show that S100A2 was associated with the incidence of lymph node metastasis in Adenocarcinoma.
