Amorphous Schiff base yttrium complex synthesis and characterisation. Y2O3 nanoparticles were synthetized by thermal decomposition of the complex. Observed nanoparticles size was between 10 and 30 nm. Y2O3 nanoparticles were characterized by XRD and TEM.
