文摘
Hg2+ is reduced to Hg by citrate to form gold amalgamation on the surface of AuNPs. Grown AuNPs were formed in the HAuCl4/NH2OH reaction. The rate of AuNP growth is highly dependent on Hg2+ concentration. The detection limit can reach as low as about 0.26 nM.
