摘要
In order to overcome the difficulty of extracting gold from gold-bearing sulfide ore by cyanide process, the flotation was adopted on the basis of mineralogical analysis.The proper flotation flow sheet was proposed based on the condition experiments and closed-circuit test, as well as the effects of ratios and dosage of activators and collectors on the recovery and grade of gold concentrate.the results show that the gold particles are superfine and mainly inclosed by sulfide ores, and primary gold-bearing sulfide ore is fine-grained pyrite and arsenopyrite.The concentrate of grade could be obtained after one roughing, three leanings and four scavengers by the fine grinding flotation process.Furthermore, the mechanism of combined activators and combined collectors were studied by thermodynamic calculation and relationship of structure-activity.
