摘要
Metal injection molding (MIM) for HK30 heat resistant stainless steel has been investigated,including the process steps of feedstock preparation,injection molding,debinding and sintering.Mechanical properties of the sintered HK30 stainless steel obtained by various process parameters and the corresponding microstructures have been analyzed.The developed MIM process has been successfully applied to produce the guide vanes for nozzle ring of variable geometry turbochargers (VGT).A method to control the dimensional accuracy of the guide vanes fabricated by MIM has been presented.
