摘要
为了解2016~2017年广西省鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)S1基因的流行变异情况,研究对广西省分离的22株IBV的S1基因进行遗传进化分析。结果表明:除1株变异株外,其他分离毒株分为8个基因型,QX型和TW型为主流基因型,其中QX型分离毒株占36.3%,TW型分离株全部为TWⅠ型分离株,占22.7%。22株IBV毒株间核苷酸序列和氨基酸序列一致性分别为62.7%~99.7%和57.1%~99.5%,HRRTR与LRFRR为新发现的S蛋白裂解位点。CK/CH/GX/LC17-1为假定亲本Ark型ArkDPI毒株与Mass型Ma5毒株S1基因的重组毒株。通过对广西省IBV分离株与参考株的遗传进化分析,发现了主流基因型且22个分离株S1基因较大程度的变异以及疫苗株间S1基因重组,为筛选各地区对型疫苗和新疫苗的研发提供方向。
        Twenty-two isolates of avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) were identified from Guangxi province during 2016 to 2017. Except one variant, phylogenetic analysis of S1 gene of other isolates revealed that there were eight distinct genotypes and the dominant genotypes were QX type and TW type. Isolates of QX type accounted for 36.3%; TW type isolates which were all TWⅠ type isolates, accounted for 22.7%. The similarities of nucleotide and amino acid sequence in 22 isolates were 62.7% to 99.7% and 57.1% to 99.5%. HRRTR and LRFRR were novel S protein cleavage sites. CK/CH/GX/LC17-1 was a S1 gene recombinant strain between the putative major parental strain Ark type ArkDPI and Mass-type Ma5. It was showed that the dominant genotype and the S1 gene were highly diverse among 22 isolates and the S1 gene recombination occurred among the vaccine strains. Those discoveries provided a new ideal for choosing vaccine and new vaccine research.
