摘要
研究了酮康唑、β-紫罗兰酮、表面活性剂和正十二烷对三孢布拉氏霉(Blakeslea trispora)发酵的生物量和β-胡萝卜素产量的影响。结果表明,酮康唑的最适添加量为30 mg/L,最适添加时间为接种后40 h。β-紫罗兰酮的最适添加量为0.10%,最适添加时间为接种后36 h。表面活性剂以span-20效果最好,最适添加量为0.10%,接种前加入。正十二烷的最适添加量为1.0%,接种前加入到发酵培养基中。
        The effect of ketoconazole, β-ionone,surfactant and n-dodecane on the biomass and β-carotene yield of Blakeslea trispora were studied. The optimal addtiton of ketoconazole is 30 mg / L, its optimal adding time is 40 hours after inoculation.The optimal addtiton of β-ionone is 0.10%, its optimal adding time is 36 hours after inoculation. Span-20 is the most effective in the surfactants. Its optimal addtiton is 0.10%. It could be added into the medium before inoculation. The optimal addtiton of n-dodecane is 1.0%. It could also be added into the medium before inoculation.
