摘要
试验旨在研究利用三孢酸筛选高产β-胡萝卜素菌株。通过对负菌进行紫外诱变处理,利用三孢酸进行平板初筛,摇瓶复筛,遗传稳定性分析后,最终从多株目的菌株中选育出一株产β-胡萝卜素量较为稳定,产量达到694.26 mg/l的菌株,较出发菌株产量提高52.01%。利用此育种方法筛选高产β-胡萝卜素菌株具有较高的可行性。
        In this paper, a new mutation breeding method using trisporic acid to obtain the mutant withhigh production of β-carotene was studied. The original(-) strain was treated with UV(ultraviolet radi-ation)and then mutants with higher production of β- carotene was selected from selection mediumplates and fermentation of β-carotene. After being selected from selection medium plates, fermentationof β-carotene test and genetic stability test, the mutant with the highest production of β-carotene wasobtained from the target mutants with the capacity of 694.26 mg/l, 52.01% up than that of the originalstrain. Using this method to obtain the strain with high production of β-carotene is working.
