摘要
通过采用硫代巴比妥酸法测定5个不同土壤水分梯度下植物体内的丙二醛含量,发现白蜡、麻栎、皂荚3个树种的丙二醛含量随着干旱的加剧而逐渐累积,白蜡的丙二醛含量要高于麻栎和皂荚,皂荚的丙二醛增长率最高,白蜡次之,麻栎的丙二醛增长率最低也最为稳定。从丙二醛含量来看,麻栎的抗旱性要优于另外两个树种。
        The content of MDA in plants under five different soil water gradients was determined by TBA method. It was found that the MDA content of Fraxinus chinensis,Quercus acutissima Carruth,Gleditsia sinensis gradually accumulated with the drought stress degree. The MDA content of Fraxinus chinensis is higher than Quercus acutissima Carruth and Gleditsia sinensis. MDA increase rate of Gleditsia sinensis is the highest. And Quercus acutissima Carruth is the most stable. From the performance of MDA,Quercus acutissima Carruth has the better drought resistance than the other two species.
