摘要
临床基本技能是住院医师规范化培训的核心内容。受当前医疗环境及培训基地实际情况的影响,住院医师的临床技能难以达到规范化培训的要求。针对当前住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题,提出有效提高住院医师临床基本技能培训的策略:重视岗前培训、加强诊断学继续教育、改进教学方式、开展模拟教学、加强师资队伍建设、规范考核过程体系、培养医患沟通能力,进而改善培训效果,提高培训质量。
Clinical basic skills are the core content of standardized training for residents.Under the influence of the current medical environment and the actual situation of the training base,the clinical skills of the resident are difficult to meet the requirements of standardized training.In order to solve the problems that exist in the standardization training of residents,we should put forward the strategies to improve the clinical basic skills training of residents:paying attention to pre-job training,strengthening the continuing education of diagnosis,improving teaching methods,carrying out simulation teaching,enhancing the construction of teachers,standardizing the assessment process system,cultivating the ability of the communications between doctors and patients,and thus improving the training effect and raising the quality of training.
