摘要
目的探讨CXC趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)在甲状腺癌组织中的表达水平及与CD163肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)的相关性。方法选取行手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者73例,采用免疫组化分析甲状腺癌组织CXCR4的表达水平和CD163 TAMs的密度,探讨CXCR4的表达水平与临床特征及预后的关系,分析CXCR4的表达水平和CD163 TAMs的相关性。结果 73例患者中CXCR4的平均表达CES评分为4.27±2.10,CD163 TAMs平均密度为(5.92±4.33)%,肿瘤分期Ⅲ~Ⅴ期、未分化癌和存在淋巴结转移患者的CXCR4表达和CD163巨噬细胞密度显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CXCR4表达CES评分和CD163巨噬细胞密度呈正相关(r=0.58,P<0.001),CXCR4高表达患者的总体生存率显著低于CXCR4低表达的患者(HR=3.419,95%CI:1.352~8.646,P=0.009 4)。结论甲状腺癌中CXCR4的表达水平及CD163 TAMs均密度与肿瘤分期、肿瘤类型和淋巴结转移具有密切的关系,CXCR4的表达水平及CD163 TAMs均密度呈正相关,且高CXCR4表达的甲状腺癌患者预后不良。
