摘要
许多激素对人体的各种代谢具有一定的调节功能,其中Preptin是近年来新发现的一种由34个氨基酸组成的多肽类激素,其由前胰岛素样生长因子2衍生而来。Preptin可促进胰岛素分泌,诱导骨细胞的增殖和分化,而低水平的Preptin可能参与骨质疏松的病理生理机制;同时,Preptin可通过影响胰岛素抵抗而参与肥胖、糖尿病、多囊卵巢综合征、非酒精性脂肪性肝病等代谢相关性疾病的发生、发展。因此,动态监测、调控Preptin水平将有助于代谢相关性疾病的诊断、严重程度评估和预后的判断,从而为代谢相关性疾病诊治提供新靶点。
Many hormones have a certain regulating function on various metabolisms of human body. Preptin is a newly discovered polypeptide hormone composed of 34 aminos acids in recent years. It is derived from proinsulin-like growth factor 2.Preptin can promote the secretion of insulin,induce the proliferation and differentiation of bone cells,and the low level Preptin may be involved in the pathophysiological mechanism of osteoporosis; at the same time,Preptin can affect the occurrence and development of metabolic related diseases,such as obesity,diabetes,polycystic ovary syndrome and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by affecting insulin resistance. Therefore,dynamic monitoring and regulation of Preptin level will help diagnosis of disease,assessment of severity and prognosis judgement,thus providing a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of metabolic related diseases.
