摘要
目的:研究中医护理对先兆流产患者干预效果及不良情绪的影响。方法:选取2017年10月-2018年3月于富顺县保健院接受治疗的110例先兆流产患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组施以常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上施以中医护理。观察两组患者临床疗效、症状改善时间及护理前后SAS、SDS评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为90.9%,高于对照组的72.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者止血时间、腰痛缓解时间及腹痛缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均有所降低,且研究组降低更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理可以提高患者临床疗效,同时可以改善患者心理状态,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To study the effect of traditional chinese medicine nursing on intervention effect and adverse emotion of threatened abortion patients.Method:A total of 110 cases of patients with threatened abortion who were treated in Fushun County Health Hospital from October 2017 to March 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received traditional chinese medicine nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time and SAS,SDS score before and after nursing were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 90.9%,higher than that of the control group(72.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of hemostasis,relief time of back pain and relief time of abdominal pain in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores were all decreased,and the decrease in the study group was more significant,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional chinese medicine nursing can improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and improve the psychological state of patients,with clinical promotion value.
