摘要
近年来,随着高校扩招和高等教育进入大众化阶段,民族地区高校教育质量也暴露出许多问题。生源质量差异大、教育资源紧张,严重影响着民族高校的教育质量。影响教师教学质量的主要因素分别为教学方法、教学效果、教学态度、教学内容和教师素质。依据影响民族地区高校教师教学质量因素高低及存在的问题,提出具有针对性的解决教师教学质量问题的对策建议。
In recent years,with the expansion of enrollment,higher education has entered the stage of popularization,and the quality of higher education in ethnic areas has also exposed many problems. The quality of students differs greatly and the educational resources are scarce,which seriously affects the educational quality of ethnic universities.The main factors affecting teachers' teaching quality are methods,effect,attitude,content and teachers' quality.According to the factors influencing the teaching quality of university teachers in ethnic areas and the existing problems,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the teaching quality problems of teachers.
