摘要
[目的]探讨高仿真模拟教学法在传染病护理学实验课中的应用效果。[方法]采取便利抽样的方法选取2014级本科2个班护理学生93名,按班级分为对照组45名和观察组48名,对照组采取传统实验教学方法,观察组采用高仿真模拟教学方法。课程结束后比较两组学生理论考试、实践考试成绩以及学生对教学效果的评价。[结果]观察组学生理论考试成绩与实践考试成绩优于对照组(P=0.01,P<0.01);观察组学生对教学效果的评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在传染病护理学实验课中应用高仿真模拟教学法可提高教学质量,效果优于传统教学法。
        Objective:To explore the application effect of high-fidelity simulation teaching method in the experimental course of infectious disease nursing.Methods:A total of 93 undergraduate nursing students from grade2014 were involved by convenient sample method,and were divided into control group(45 cases)and experimental group(48 cases)according to classes they belong to.The control group received traditional teaching method,and high-fidelity simulation teaching method was applied to the experimental group.At the end of the course,two groups' theoretical examination results,practical examination results,and students' evaluation of teaching effect were compared.Results:Scores of theoretical and practical in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P=0.01,P<0.01).Students' evaluation of the teaching outcomes in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of highfidelity simulation teaching method in the experimental course of infectious disease nursing could improve the teaching quality,which had a better effect than the traditional teaching method.
