在建设具有全球影响力的世界著名旅游城市目标的指引下,上海应紧扣新时代要求,寻找和破解都市旅游发展的薄弱环节,以提升都市旅游发展品质为核心,以满足人们对都市美好生活的期待为宗旨,坚持"补短板、调机制、兴业态、促活力、强服务",全力打造上海都市旅游在新时代、新阶段的新实力和新面貌。
        Guided by the goal of building a world-renowned tourist city with global influence,Shanghai should keep abreast of the requirements of the new era,find and crack the weak links in the development of urban tourism,take improving the quality of urban tourism development as the core,meet people's expectations for a better life in the city as the purpose,adhere to the principle of"making up the shortcomings,adjusting the mechanism,developing the business style,promoting vitality and strengthening the service",and make every effort to create new strength and new features of Shanghai urban tourism in the new era and new stage.
