摘要
以碳纤维增强塑料为研究对象,运用理论结合实验的方法,分析了切削加工过程中不同切削参数对切削刀具磨损的影响。研究结果表明:切削速度对切削刀具磨损的影响小于切削深度和进给量;室温、高速、大进给量切削条件下,切削刀具磨损量较大,而在冷空气条件下,切削刀具磨损量明显降低;切削刀具磨损量理论计算值与实验值相对误差在10%以内;该研究为新型复合材料的切削加工及切削刀具寿命的延长提供了重要的依据。
        The carbon fiber reinforced plastic has been regarded as the research object; the effects of different cutting parameters on the cutting tool wear during the cutting process have been studied by the theoretically combined with experimental method. The results show that the cutting speed of automobile carbon fiber reinforced plastic in the cutting process has less effect on the cutting tool wear than the depth of cut and feed; the cutting tool wear is large under the condition of room temperature,high speed and large feed; and the cutting tool wear is obviously lower under the cold air condition; the relative error between the theoretical calculation value and the experimental value of the cutting tool wear amount is 10%; the research can provide an important method and basis for the car new complex material cutting process and cutting tool life extension.
