摘要
汕头某大桥工程位于东海岸新城,横跨出海口,为城市快速路,西岸引桥为双向八车道、单幅桥面宽21.85 m的单箱三室连续梁,采用碗扣式满堂支架现浇施工技术,施工过程中做好满堂支架搭设施工方案、满堂支架预压及监测措施,实施现浇箱梁模板安装、支座安装、混凝土浇筑和养护、预应力管道安装、预应力筋张拉和压浆等施工技术,取得预期施工技术效果。
        A bridge project in Shantou is located in the East Coast New City,across the sea,as the urban expressway,the west bank approach span of eight lanes,single deck width 21.85 m single box three-chamber continuous beam,the button bowl full framing cast-in-situ construction technology,construction process and support build-up construction scheme,full framing preloading and monitoring measures,implementation of cast-in-situ box girder template installation,bearing installation,concrete pouring and curing and prestressed pipe installation,tensioned prestressed reinforcement and grouting construction technology,to obtain the expected effect of construction technology.
