摘要
目前医院的新入职护理人员学历较低、实习期短,轮岗期间的培训不能满足各科室的技术要求。分析了医院现行培训模式的特点和应用场景并讨论了影响医院培训效果的影响因素,基于现有培训模式提出了一种能够适应医院需求的新入职护理人员定岗后再培训的培训模式。
        At present, the new nursing staff of the hospital have low academic qualifications and short internship period. The training during the rotation period cannot meet the technical requirements of different department. The characteristics and application scenarios of the current training mode of the hospital were analyzed and the influencing factors affecting the training effect of the hospital were discussed. Based on the existing training mode, a training mode was adopted for the new post-care staff to be able to adapt to the needs of the hospital.
