摘要
为深入了解卷烟烟灰性能,建立了一种基于马弗炉灰化法的卷烟烟灰燃烧完全性评价方法。通过50种卷烟样品烟灰质量变化率及白度值的测定,研究了卷烟烟灰燃烧完全性与白度间的关系。结果表明:(1) 50种不同牌号卷烟烟灰的质量变化率介于3.9976%~11.0161%;白度值介于21.8~33.6。且不同牌号卷烟烟灰的质量变化率与白度值均存在极显著差异性。(2)卷烟烟灰燃烧完全性与白度间存在极显著负相关关系。结论:卷烟烟灰燃烧完全性是影响其颜色的重要因素。卷烟烟灰燃烧越完全,烟灰颜色越白,反之,燃烧越不完全,烟灰颜色越黑。
        In order to deeply understand the performances of cigarette ash, a method for evaluating the combustion completion of cigarette ash based on muffle furnace ashing method was established. Through the determination of the ash quality change rates and whiteness values of 50 kinds of cigarette samples,the relationship between combustion completion and whiteness of cigarette ash was studied.The results showed that:( 1) The quality change rates of cigarette ash and the whiteness values of the 50 kinds of cigarettes were 3.9976% ~11.0161% and 21.8 ~33.6, respectively. There were extremely significant differences in the quality change rates and whiteness values of cigarette ash among different brands of cigarettes.(2) There is a significant negative correlation between the combustion completion and whiteness of cigarette ash. [Conclusion] The combustion completion of cigarette ash is an important factor affecting the color of cigarette ash. The more completely the cigarette ash burns, the whiter the ash color is.On the contrary, the more incompletely the cigarette ash burns, the darker the ash color is.
