摘要
为研究生物消毒剂辣根素对番茄真菌病害的防治效果,试验开展了20%辣根素水乳剂45,75,105 L·hm-2与农户常用于前期预防和土壤处理的50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂22 500 g+3%辛硫磷颗粒剂90 000 g及70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂7 500 g+3%辛硫磷颗粒剂90 000 g的对比试验,通过滴灌施药的方法对设施番茄的定植前土壤进行消毒处理,调查各处理对番茄根腐病和茎基腐病的防效。结果表明,各剂量20%辣根素对番茄根腐病和茎基腐病的防治效果均显著优于多菌灵+辛硫磷和甲基硫菌灵+辛硫磷的常规配方,其中以20%辣根素水乳剂105 L·hm-2剂量效果最佳,利用辣根素防治番茄真菌病害的安全性较高,可在天津市设施园区番茄真菌病害防治中应用推广。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of isothiocyanate on tomato to prevent fungal diseases.Comparison experiment of the 20%isothiocyanate EW with the dosage of 45,75,105 L·hm-2and traditional chemical control,including 50%Carbendazim WP 22 500 g+3%Phoxim GR 90 000 g and 70%Thiophanate-methyl WP 7 500 g+3%Phoxim GR 90 000 g,were studied for the fungal control effect on tomato using drip irrigation system in greenhouse.The results showed that the biocontrol effect of isothiocyanate on tomato fungal diseases was better than the traditional chemical control,and the effect was best when the dosage of 20%isothiocyanate EW was 105 L·hm-2.In addition,the biocontrol effect of isothiocyanate was safer than the chemical control,so isothiocyanate could be applied to tomato cultivation to prevent the fungal diseases.
