摘要
基于全国1978—2016年时间序列统计数据,研究城市化率、产业结构变化对经济增长的影响,运用平稳性检验、协整检验等方法对三者之间的关系进行研究。结果表明:产业结构变化、城市化率与经济增长之间有着长期均衡关系,城市化率、产业结构变化对经济增长有明显的促进作用,且城市化率对经济增长的影响要大于产业结构变化对经济增长的影响。建议加强户籍、土地、税收等领域的改革,加强科技成果的转化率,提高城市化率对经济增长的推动作用,重视产业结构变化对经济增长带来的影响,把握好结构调整与稳定增长之间的平衡。
Based on the time series statistics from 1978 to 2016,this paper studies the influence of the urbanization rate and the change of industrial structure on the economic growth. By using stationarity test,cointegration test,the paper studies the relationship among them. The result shows that: there is a long-term equilibrium relationship among them. Both the urbanization rate and the change of industrial structure have obvious promoting effect on the economic growth,and the influence of urbanization rate on the economic growth is greater than that of the change of industrial structure on the economic growth. This paper believes that it is necessary to strengthen the reform of household registration,land,taxation and other fields,to strengthen the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,to improve the promotion effect of urbanization rate on economic growth,to pay attention to the negative correlation between the change of industrial structure and the short-term economic growth,and to grasp the balance between structural adjustment and stable growth.
