摘要
汽车变速箱中的换挡拔叉是汽车运行变速系统中的重要零件,某型重载卡车变速箱中的五六挡拔叉是用45钢模锻成形后,再经调质处理,然后进行机械加工而成。文中详细介绍了该零件工艺流程设计,并对其中一道工序的夹具设计作具体分析。
        The yoke shifter in the car gearbox is an important part of the car's running shifting system. If the car is accelerated, the car is accurately shifted by the 5 th-6 th gear yoke shifter. The 5 th-6 th gear yoke shifter in a heavy-duty truck gearbox is forged and formed with 45 steel, then tempered and then machined. According to the specific conditions of the enterprise, the machining process design and design of multiple sets of special fixtures are carried out. This paper introduces the process design and analyzes the fixture design of one of the processes.
