摘要
针对如何通过输油泵机组运行噪声中电磁噪声来监测和判定电机运行健康状态这一关键问题,依据电磁噪声相对弱小的特点,提出基于虚拟仪器技术的输油泵机组整体运行噪声中电磁噪声的辨识与特征提取方法,自主研发输油泵机组电磁噪声自动监测分析仪。以石油集输生产现场采集ZA150-4400型稳前原油泵机组的运行噪声为实验分析样本,从中提取YBX3 355M2-2型电机的电磁噪声特征频谱。实验验证结果表明:在996Hz出现峰值。相比ANSYS有限元软件得出的电磁噪声理论仿真分析主频噪声1000Hz,其频偏相对误差0. 4%。该方法针对不同型号输油泵机组具有可重复行和现实可操作性。
        The key problem of how to monitor and determine the health state of the motor by the electromagnetic noise in the operation noise of the oil pump unit,according to the characteristics of electromagnetic noise is relatively weak.Identification and feature extraction method of electromagnetic noise in whole operating noise of oil pump unit based on virtual instrument technology.Research and development of automatic monitoring analyzer for electromagnetic noise of oil pump unit.Taking the operation noise of ZA150-4400 type pre-stable oil pump unit collected from the oil gathering and transportation production site as the experimental analysis sample. Extraction of electromagnetic noise characteristic Spectrum of YBX3 355 M2-2 Motor. The experimental results show that: the peak value appeared at996 Hz.Compared with the electromagnetic noise theory obtained by ANSYS finite element software,the main frequency noise was simulated and analyzed,and the relative error of frequency offset was 0. 4%.The method has repeatable and practical maneuverability for different types of oil pump units.
