摘要
制造业是经济发展的基石,与生产性服务业协同发展是实现转型升级的有效途径。粤港澳大湾区城市群制造业基础雄厚,生产性服务业高度发达,湾区城市间制造业与生产性服务业协同发展需克服政治、经济方面存在的差异,跨越政策制度的多样性。基于粤港澳城市群产业现状,深入分析生产性服务业促进制造业转型升级的内在机理,从产业互动融合、区域与制度协同等视角探究两业协同发展机制,依托中国制造2025,提出了构建国家价值链,促进制造业服务化,加快生产性服务业发展,加强湾区城市间协作等措施促进制造业的转型升级。
The manufacturing industry is the bases of the economic development in a country, and its co-development with the producer services is one of the efficient ways during the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing. With the solid manufacturing base and well developed producer services in the Guangdong, Hongkong and Macao Bay Area, it is important to deal with the diversions of policy and regulation, and the in political and economic difference to realize the co-development. Making a depth analysis of producer services on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the internal mechanism of manufacturing, exploring the coordinated development mechanism of the two industries based on the industry status of Guangdong, Hongkong and Macao Bay Area. According to"Made in China 2025", give some advices to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing such as reconstructing national value chains, improving service-oriented manufacturing, fasting the development of producer services,and strengthening collaboration among the Bay Area cities.
