摘要
高海拔宇宙线观测站(LHAASO)的广角切伦科夫望远镜阵列(WFCTA)主要探测广延大气簇射中产生的切伦科夫光/荧光。每个广角切伦科夫望远镜由64个sub-cluster组成,每个sub-cluster由前置放大电路、模拟电路板(AB板)、慢控制板、数字电路板(DB板)、电源板等组成。文中简述硅光电倍增管(SiPM)前置放大电路、SiPM及测试系统,通过该测试系统重点检验已设计好的SiPM和前置放大电路板的性能,测试结果表明能满足WFCTA性能指标的要求。
        The wide-angle Cerenkov telescope array( WFCTA) of the High Altitude Cosmic Ray Observatory( LHAASO) is designed to mainly detect the Cherenkov light/fluorescence light generated in the extensive atmospheric showers. Each wide field of view of Cherenkov telescope consists of 64 subclusters,and each sub-cluster consist of a preamplifier board,an analog circuit board( AB board),a slowcontrol board,a digital circuit board( DB board),a power board,etc. In this paper,the silicon photomultiplier tube( SiPM) preamplifier circuit,SiPM and the test system are briefly described,and the SiPM and preamplifier are tested,results of which confirm that the Si PM and preamplifierare suitable for WFCTA.
