网购餐饮食品卫生安全问题实际存在,要从完善专管机构、创新立法定规、加强网络监管、落实线下管控、实施风险评估、及时开展培训、严格追责处罚等方面加强网购餐饮食品卫生安全风险管理,保障人民群众的饮食安全,维护社会和谐稳定。
