摘要
针对高压软启动装置高压、过载、间歇工作及自冷散热的工作特点,开展了双向晶闸管组件的研制,依托散热定形设计、结构模块化设计、触发控制紧凑可靠设计及吸收保护参数优化设计,提高组件性能,降低组件体积与成本,简化组件操作与维护,从而确认双向晶闸管组件取代普通晶闸管组件应用的可行性。
Aiming at the working characteristics of high-voltage soft-start device such as high voltage, over-loading, intermission working and nature cooling, it developed a bidirectional thyristor assembly. Depending on cooling figuration design, structure modularization design, trigger control compact design and absorption protection parameter optimization design, capability of the assembly was improved, its bulk and cost were reduced, and its operation and maintenance were simplified. Therefore, the feasibility that bidirectional thyristor assembly can replace ordinary thyristor assembly is confirmed.
