酵母精华在仔猪日粮中替代抗生素的应用研究

摘要
为探究酵母精华替代抗生素在仔猪上的应用效果,本试验选取40日龄仔猪24头(杜长大),随机分成3个处理组,每组4个重复,每重复1栏猪,每栏2头猪,其中,对照组饲喂基础日粮+抗生素(0.02%的10%硫酸粘杆菌素预混剂和0.02%的15%杆菌肽锌预混剂),试验组1饲喂基础日粮+0.05%的酵母精华,试验组2饲喂基础日粮+0.1%的酵母精华,试验期28 d,考察不同处理组仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、抗体效价及免疫指标的差异。结果显示,日粮中添加0.1%的酵母精华替代抗生素,对仔猪生长性指标有一定改善作用,其中平均采食量提高了5.0%(P> 0.05),平均日增重提高了7.0%(P> 0.05),料肉比降低了0.03(P> 0.05);日粮中添加0.1%的酵母精华替代抗生素,对仔猪血清中各抗体水平无显著影响,对仔猪血清中球蛋白水平、免疫球蛋白IgG和IgM均有一定程度提高作用(P> 0.05)。以上结果表明:日粮中添加0.1%酵母精华能够有效替代抗生素,一定程度上改善了仔猪生长性能和免疫性能。
        In order to evaluate the application effect of yeast concentration instead of antibiotics on piglets,24 pigs of 40-day-old pigs were selected in this experiment,randomly divided into 3 treatment groups with 4 replicates of 2 pigs in this experiment.The control group was fed the basal diet with antibiotics,the test group 1 was fed the basal diet with 0.05% of the yeast concentration,and the experimental group 2 was fed the basal diet with 0.1% the yeast concentration,the experiment was lasted for 28 days and the growth performance,serum biochemical index,antibody titer and immunity of the piglets were measured.The results showed that the addition of 0.1% yeast concentration instead of antibiotics in the diet could improve the growth index of piglets,with the average feed intake increased by 5.0%(P > 0.05) and the average daily gain increased by 7.0 %(P > 0.05),the ratio of feed to meat decreased by 0.03(P > 0.05);there was no significant effect on the serumantibody levels in piglets,and the serum globul in level,immunoglobulin IgG and IgM in piglets were improved to some extent(P > 0.05). The above results indicated that the addition of0.1% yeast concentration in the diet could effectively replace the antibiotics,and improved the growth performance and immune performance of the piglets to some extent.
