花花柴地上部分化学成分的研究

摘要
目的研究花花柴Karelinia caspia(Pall.)Less地上部分的化学成分。方法花花柴地上部分甲醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20及反相MCI色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为柽柳素(1)、万寿菊素(2)、山柰酚(3)、棕矢车菊素(4)、金圣草黄素(5)、槲皮素(6)、芹菜素(7)、对羟基桂皮酸脂-4-O-β-D-吡喃糖苷(8)、4′,3,5,7,-四羟基-3′-6二甲氧基黄酮(9)、木犀草素(10)、蒲公英甾醇醋酸酯(11)、豆甾醇(12)、单棕榈酸甘油酯(13)。结论化合物2~5、7、10、13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
        AIM To study the chemical constituents from the overground parts of Karelinia caspia(Pall.) Less.METHODS The methanol extract from the overground parts of K. caspia was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and MCI column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as tamarixetin(1),patuletin(2),kaempferol(3),jaceosiden(4),chrysoeriol(5),quceritin(6),apigenin(7), linocinnamarin(8),spinacetin(9),luteolin(10),taraxasteryl-acetate(11),stigmasterol(12),glyceryl monopalmitate(13).CONCLUSION Compounds 2-5,7,10 and 13 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
