摘要
杂粕是一类重要的蛋白质饲料,其产量大,营养价值高,同时还含有较多的抗营养因子,因此,在应用过程中不宜过多的添加。目前通过酶处理、发酵等技术可以提高杂粕的营养价值,提高其适口性。文章就杂粕替代豆粕的研究进展及其提质增效技术进行综述。
        Chowder is an important protein feed with high yield and high nutritional value. At the same time, it also contains more anti-nutritional factors. Therefore, it should not be added too much in the application process. At present,the nutritional value of chowder can be improved by enzyme treatment, fermentation and other techniques to improve the palatability. This paper reviews the research progress of hybrid soybean meal replacement and its quality improvement technology in the context of trade warfare.
