摘要
在汽车喷涂工艺中,工件要经过几十道工序,其中喷涂和烘干固化产生的VOCs废气会对环境和人类产生严重的危害。本文从应用角度介绍了传统净化处理技术,包括吸附技术、吸收技术、燃烧技术和冷凝技术等,新型净化处理技术中的膜分离技术、光催化技术和生物技术等,以期对汽车涂装企业选择合适的废气处理技术提供参考。
There are dozens of processing steps for workpieces during the automobile spraying process, whrerein,the VOCs and waste gases produced by spraying and drying process pose serious threat to human health and envrionemnt. In this article, the traditional purifying treatment including the adsorption technology, absorption technology, combustion technology and condensation technology, etc. are introduced. Meanwhile,the novel purifying membrane treatment, photocatalytic technology and biotechnology,etc. are described, which might provide referential guide for automobile painting enterprises to select the appropriate treatment technology for waste gases.
