摘要
以290份已知亲本的橡胶树魏克汉种质资源为材料,分析其亲子代生长性状的遗传变异情况。结果表明,父母本均速生的组合,多数F_1代都能继承亲本的速生特性;亲本之一或两者生长较缓慢,F_1代出现速生的可能性较小;部分资源作为亲本时,只要其中之一速生,另一亲本生长中等,其F_1代也能较好地继承亲本的速生性。建议今后橡胶树杂交育种亲本选择应扩大其亲本类型,结合分子标记技术,建立高效的亲本选择技术。
        Genetic variations of growth traits on parental and filial generations were analyzed with the materials of 290 samples germplasm resources of Hevea brasiliensis which parents were known. The results showed that the majority of F_1 generation could inherit the parents' fast-growing characters when hybridized combinations of male and female parent were all fastgrowing trees. If one or both parents were slow-growing, growth of F_1 generation were mostly slow. Part of the resources as parents, as long as one of them was fast-growing, and the other was medium-growing, the F_1 generation could mostly inherit the parents' fast-growing character. In the future, it is suggested to expand the parental type, combine the technology of molecular marker and establish efficiently parental selection technology for hybridization breeding of Hevea brasiliensis.
