摘要
以西安交通大学人居环境与建筑工程学院科研楼为例,阐述当下我国装配式建筑设计中存在的装配单元类型较多及拆分不干净的现象。基于开放建筑理论、模度理论给出的设计启示,从水平方向、竖直方向进行分析,最终得出能够操控装配式建筑设计的方法,并对西安交通大学人居环境与建筑工程学院科研楼进行了优化。
Taking the scientific research building of School of Human Settlements and Civil Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University as an example,it expound that there are many types of assembly units in the design of prefabricated building in China at present,and the disassembling is not clean. Based on the open architecture theory and the modulor theory,the structure was analyzed from horizontal direction and vertical direction,finally,the method of controlling the design of prefabricated building was obtained,and the scientific research building of School of Human Settlements and Civil Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University was optimized.
