摘要
目的:探讨温经活血外用药穴位贴敷治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及IL-4和sIL-4R的水平的变化及意义。方法:将2015年3月至2017年8月期间在辽宁中医药大学附属医院纳入的100例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各50例,对照组采用膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用温经活血外用药穴位贴敷方法治疗,比较2组治疗前后疗效改善情况、治疗前后Lysholm膝关节评分改善情况、血清生化学指标水平变化评价穴位贴敷治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率、Lysholm膝关节评分、血清中IL-4、sIL-4R水平各项指标改善均优于对照组,2组患者血清IL-4、sIL-4R水平与Lysholm膝关节评分呈负相关。结论:温经活血外用药穴位贴敷能显著改善症状,提高膝骨关节炎的临床疗效与预后。
Objective: To investigate the Clinical efficacy of acupoint application with medicine of promoting blood circulation through the meridians in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients and to explore the change and significance of the serum IL-4 and sIL-4 R. Methods: 100 patients hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the observation group was treated with acupoint application method of warming blood circulation. The improvement of the curative effect before and after treatment,the improvement of Lysholm knee score before and after treatment,and the change of serum biochemical index before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the effect of acupoint sticking therapy. Results: After treatment,the effective rate of treatment,Lysholm knee score,serum IL-4,sIL-4R levels were better than the control group; The level of serum IL-4,sIL-4R in the two groups were negatively correlated with the Lysholm knee score. Conclusion: Acupoint application of Wenjing Huoxue external application can significantly improve symptoms and the clinical efficacy and the prognosis of knee osteoarthritis treatment.
