摘要
采取立体选择法合成以过渡元素Fe、Co和Ni为取代原子的Keggin结构硅钨杂多酸盐,在水热条件下与N,N-二甲基十四烷基对乙烯基苄基氯化铵单体进行合成,制备3种新的Keggin型多酸阴离子和季铵阳离子的复合物;利用紫外接枝技术将复合物接枝于聚乙烯木塑复合材料(WPC)的基材表面,通过几种手段进行结构表征;用抑菌圈法考察接枝后的WPC表面的抑菌活性。结果表明:接枝杂多酸季铵盐复合材料的WPC表面对上述菌种均产生了较好的抑菌效果。
Silicotungstate polyoxometalates with Keggin structures,which were substituted by transition elements Fe,Co,and Ni,were synthesized by the stereoselective method. Three new Keggin type complexes with polyoxoanions and quaternary ammonium cation were obtained from silicotungstate polyoxometalates and N,N-Dimethyl tetradecanyl p-vinylbenzyl ammonium chloride under hydrothermal condition. The synthetic complexes were grafted on the WPS's surface by ultraviolet graft technology,and structures were characterized by several means. The antibacterial activity of the grafted WPC surface was investigated by the inhibition zone method. The results indicated that the grafted WPC materials had good antimicrobial effect on the above strains.
