摘要
小柴胡汤出自医圣张仲景所著《伤寒论》及《金匮要略》,在著作中占有大量的篇幅,涉及的条文分布太阳病篇、阳明病篇、少阳病篇、厥阴病篇、呕吐哕下利病篇、产后病篇,总共涉及的条文有20条之多,可见小柴胡汤在《伤寒杂病论》中地位上是仅次于桂枝汤的,是一个极其重要的、极其具实用价值的方剂,是临床医生必须牢牢掌握和熟练运用的多面手。在实际的临床治疗中小柴胡汤的适用范围也是非常广泛的,不仅涉及消化系统疾病,在神经系统疾病、五官科疾病、妇产科疾病、泌尿系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病、精神系统疾病、皮肤病等方面其覆盖面也是相当广的,而且使用频率非常高。临床医生在正确使用的前提下往往会起到药到病除的效果,已经在临床上广泛被使用,拥有极高的人气和认可度,尤其在神经系统疾病中的应用更是如此,如神经科常见的高血压病、椎-基底动脉供血不足、神经症等方面疗效显著。考虑其原因就在于社会的飞速发展和生活节奏的加快而导致的精神压力的升高,而小柴胡汤恰恰就具有缓解压力的辅助工效,所以在神经系统疾病的治疗上就具有了一般方剂所不能比拟的先天优势。不谦虚地说小柴胡汤是神经科的神药。
The Xiaochaihu decoction comes from Shanghanlun(《伤寒论》) and Jingui Yaolue(《金匮要略》), which occupies a large number of articles in his writings, involved the distribution of Taiyang, Yangming, Shaoyang, Jueyin and so on, with a total of 20 articles involved. The Xiaochaihu decoction( 小柴胡汤) were given to clinical treatment, not only related to digestive system diseases, but also a wide range of coverage in the aspects of nervous system diseases, diseases of the five organs, obstetrics and Gynecology, urinary system diseases, endocrine system diseases, mental system diseases, dermatosis and so on, and the use frequency is very high. The Xiaochaihu decoction shows a better effect. Considering the cause of the rapid development of the society and the accelerated pace of life, the rise of the mental pressure, and the small Bupleurum soup just has the assistance of alleviating the pressure, so the treatment of the neurological diseases has the innate superiority that the general prescriptions can't compare. It is not modest to say that the Xiaochaihu decoction is a magic medicine in neurology.
