摘要

乌梅具有止痛、止渴、止咳、止泻、解虚热等功效,被广泛应用于各科病证之中,但专门论述乌梅用于治疗干燥综合征的文献甚少,而多散见于复方研究中。干燥综合征累及关节、肌肉、肝脏、腹部淋巴结而引起疼痛,在辨证基础上可加用乌梅。干燥综合征属实证者可配伍黄连、大黄以清泄烦热以保津;属虚证者配伍附子、干姜之属以温阳化津,配伍黄芪、人参以益气生津,配伍麦冬、生地黄、石斛以养阴生津。干燥综合征出现咳喘症状者,如阴虚燥热者以百合固金汤加乌梅治之;脾虚痰湿者以参苓白术散合二陈汤治之;阴虚夹痰或血虚夹痰者以金水六君煎加乌梅治之;干燥综合征患者伴有不明原因之发热者,多采用秦艽鳖甲散或青蒿鳖甲汤加乌梅。
        Black plum has the effects of pain relief,thirst relief,cough relief,diarrhea relief and fever relief. It has been widely used in various diseases and syndromes. However,there are few literatures on the use of black plum in the treatment of sjogren's syndrome,and most of them are scattered in the study of compound prescriptions. Sjogren's syndrome involves joints,muscles,liver,abdominal lymph nodes and causes pain. Black plum can be added on the basis of syndrome differentiation. For sjogren's excess syndrome,Huanglian( Rhizoma Coptidis) and Dahuang( Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) can be combined to clear dysphoria with fever preserve the body fluid. For sjogren's deficiency syndrome,Fuzi( Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata) and Ganjiang( Rhizoma Zingiberis) can be combined to warm yang and transform fluid; Huangqi( Radix Astragali) and Renshen( Ginseng) can be combined to nourish qi and generate fluid. Maidong( Radix Ophiopogonis) and Shengdihuang( Radix Rehmanniae) and Shihu( Caulis Dendrobii) can be combined to nourish yin and produce the body fluid. For sjogren's syndrome patients with cough and asthma symptoms,such as yin deficiency and dry heat,Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction plus black plum can be used. For spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness,Jinshui Liujun Decoction plus black plum can be used. For sjogren's syndrome patients with fever of unknown origin,Turtle Shell Power plus black plum or Sweet Wormwood and Turtle Shell Decoction plus black plum can be used.
