摘要
运用DEA模型对16家我国医药制造上市公司的经营绩效进行研究,在测度各医药制造上市公司的综合效率、纯技术效率以及规模效率的基础上分析评价其经营绩效状况,分析发现东阿阿胶等5家医药制造企业达到了DEA有效,而华海制药、羚锐制药等的经营绩效还有待提高。基于绩效分析,从公司运营管理、人才引进、研发创新、政府宏观调控四个方面入手提出了提高我国医药制造上市公司经营绩效的相关建议。
The DEA model is used to study the operating performance of 16 Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies. Based on the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of each pharmaceutical manufacturing listed company, the performance of the company is analyzed and evaluated. Five pharmaceutical manufacturers, such as Ejiao, have achieved effective DEA, while the business performance of Huahai Pharmaceutical and Lingrui Pharmaceutical has yet to be improved. Based on performance analysis, from the four aspects of company operation management, talent introduction, R&D innovation, and government macro-control, the paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the operating performance of China's pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies.
