摘要
科技项目评估标准化是科技项目申报公正的基础,我国科技评估标准化处于起步阶段,本文分析中国科技评估标准化存在的一些问题,指出科技评估标准化在我国实施仍需完善,并提出进一步完善我国科技项目评估标准化的建议。
Standardization of scientific and technological project evaluation is the basis of fair declaration of scientific and technological projects. The standardization of scientific and technological project evaluation in China is at the initial stage. This paper analyses some existing problems in the standardization of scientific and technological project evaluation in China, points out that it still needs to be improved, and puts forward some suggestions to further improve the standardization of scientific and technological project evaluation.
