摘要
对某低品位微细粒金矿石进行了浮选试验研究,确定了浮选工艺参数为:磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占87.07%,p H调整剂硫酸用量1 500 g/t,活化剂硫酸铜用量500 g/t,捕收剂丁基黄药和丁铵黑药用量均为75 g/t,经一次粗选、二次扫选和二次精选闭路浮选流程获得了精矿金品位21.30 g/t、尾矿金品位0.28 g/t、精矿产率7.20%、金回收率85.51%的选别指标。
        Experimental study on flotation of a low-grade ultrafine-grained gold ore was conducted,with flotation parameters obtained as follows: the grinding fineness of-0. 074 mm 87. 07% and the dosage for p H regulator( sulfuric acid),activator( copper sulfate) and collectors( butyl xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate with a weight ratio of1 ∶1) as 1 500,500 and 150 g/t,respectively. Adopting a closed-circuit flotation flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing,two stages of scavenging and two stages of cleaning,a gold concentrate with gold grade,recovery and concentrate yield of 21.30 g/t,85.51% and 7.20%,respectively,was collected,while the gold lost in the tailings was reduced to 0.28 g/t.
