摘要
目的分析深圳市户籍女性人群乳腺癌的发病年龄特征,为针对性开展乳腺癌防控提供参考依据。方法利用深圳市肿瘤登记报告系统2001-2015年期间乳腺癌发病资料,计算年龄别发病率并利用Joinpoint回归分析年龄发病趋势。结果 15年间乳腺癌发病呈现上升趋势,始终位居深圳市女性恶性肿瘤的第一位,2001-2005、2006-2010和2011-2015年3个年份段年龄分布情况相当,平均发病年龄由45.6岁(四分位:39.3～53.9岁)后移至46.9岁(四分位:40.8～54.5岁),大致呈现50～54岁和60～64岁两个高峰段。Joinpoint回归分析显示3个年份段发病年龄在50岁之前呈上升趋势,50岁以后呈下降趋势。结论乳腺癌是深圳市女性第一位肿瘤,15年来发病年龄呈现老化趋势。50～54岁和60～64岁两个年龄段的人群是深圳市乳腺癌防控的重点人群。
Objective To determine the age distribution of breast cancer among women in Shenzhen from 2001 to 2015,and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of breast cancer.Methods Data was collected from Shenzhen Cancer Registration and reporting system.The age-specific incidence rate was computed and Joinpoint Model was employed to analyze the trend of age distribution of breast cancer.Results The breast cancer had an upward trend and ranked first in the past 15 years.The age distributions were similar during the period of 2001-2005,2006-2010 and 2011-2015,and the average age of onset increased from 45.6(interquartile:39.3-53.9)to 46.9(interquartile:40.8-54.5).Two peak age groups of 50-54 and 60-64 were observed in this analysis,meanwhile,an upward trend before 50 years old and a decline trend after 50 years old were observed using the Joinpoint Regression Model.Conclusion Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in Shenzhen and the age onset increased in the past 15 years.The women aged 50-54 and 60-64 were the key population in the intervention program.
